01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the GennUp website, clicking "Register" or "Buy Now," or completing a payment for any GennUp workshop or program, you ("Participant") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with registration.

02 Workshop Access & Registration

Upon successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided. Access details (meeting link, WhatsApp group invite) will be sent separately.

• Registration is personal and non-transferable to another individual.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to register independently; minors require parental or guardian consent.
• GennUp reserves the right to reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be notified via email at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.
• In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by GennUp, a full refund or credit towards a future session will be offered.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the required equipment (laptop/desktop, stable internet) and access to any free-tier tools discussed.

03 Payments & Fees

All workshop fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's own terms of service.

• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets.
• GennUp does not store your card or banking details — all transactions are handled end-to-end by Razorpay.
• If a transaction fails but your bank account is debited, the amount will typically be reversed automatically within 5–7 business days. Contact us if it is not.
• For bundle or upsell products purchased at checkout, additional specific pricing and terms apply as displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

04 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and live nature of the workshops, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a booking is confirmed.

Exceptions may be considered solely at GennUp's discretion in documented cases of technical failure on GennUp's part that prevented attendance, or if GennUp cancels the event outright.

05 No-Recording Rule

Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, or otherwise reproducing any portion of the live workshop session(s) without prior written consent from GennUp.

• GennUp may record sessions for internal quality assurance or for distributing summary material to registered participants.
• Unauthorised recording and distribution of workshop content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement under applicable Indian law.

06 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, templates, slides, and methodologies shared during or in connection with a GennUp workshop are the intellectual property of GennUp and its instructors.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to use provided materials for your own learning and projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative training products from GennUp's materials without explicit written permission.
• The GennUp name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of GennUp. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

07 Participant Conduct

Participants agree to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow attendees throughout all GennUp events and associated communities (including WhatsApp groups).

• Spam, harassment, hate speech, unsolicited promotions, or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
• GennUp reserves the right to remove a participant from a live session or community without refund if these conduct standards are violated.
• Any content shared by participants in community spaces must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe the rights of third parties.

08 Disclaimers

GennUp workshops are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in the workshop constitutes professional legal, financial, or business advice.

• Results vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and market conditions. No specific income, employment, or business outcome is guaranteed.
• Third-party AI tools demonstrated are subject to their own pricing, availability, and terms. GennUp is not affiliated with or endorsed by those tool providers.
• GennUp makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any workshop content.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GennUp's total liability to any participant for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the workshops shall not exceed the amount paid by that participant for the specific session in question.

GennUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

11 Changes to These Terms

GennUp reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of GennUp services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make a reasonable effort to notify registered participants via email.
